What Happens After I Sign Up?

After you sign up, our onboarding team will reach out to create your custom script and answer any further questions that you may have while we set up your campaign. Thus enabling us to build a relationship with you and learn about your customers.

What Procedures Do You Have In Place To Protect The Privacy of Our Clients?

We are in the business of creating long-term relationships with our clients. We are able to achieve trust by having policies and procedures in place to safeguard the privy information we have access to.

All of our Virtual Receptionists sign a non-disclosure agreement. Also Virtual Receptionists’ who manage Medical campaigns complete a 30-minute HIPAA Training to maintain Service Provider and Patient integrity.

How Do We Forward Our Number To You?

This is very simple and can be achieved in several ways.

  1. You can port your current phone number to us. This may take several days to weeks. Depending on your current provider.
  2.  We can provide you with either a toll-free number or a local number which you can use as your own. This number belongs to you. Should you choose to part ways with us, we will simply just port this number out to your preferred provider. A small porting out fee will apply.
  3. The most efficient way would be to forward your current phone number to a number provided by us. Do not worry, our system is intuitive enough to let the Virtual Receptionists know that the calls are coming from your business.
Do You Charge For Call Patching?

We understand some of our competitors charge for call patching. We believe in simple billing, and we feel that if our Virtual Receptionists are not on the call with your customers then, you should not be charged.

How Do You Transfer Calls To Me?

There are multiple ways in which we transfer calls to you.

  1. Cold Transfer – This is when the caller is placed on hold and a blind transfer is made to you.
  2. Warm Transfer – This is when the caller is placed on hold and our Virtual Receptionist will call you for permission to transfer the call. Based on your response, our Virtual Receptionists will either patch the call over to you or may simply take a message.
  3. Voicemail Box Transfer – This is when the caller is transferred to your voicemail box. The message will then be emailed to you in an MP3 format.
What Is A Hold Message Advertising?

This is a great option for businesses that want to advertise a promotion or relay an important message to their customers before the Virtual Receptionist answers the call or while the caller is on hold.

What If I Need More Than One Phone Number?

Each business is provided with the first phone number for free. We can provide you with additional phone numbers for a small fee if your business has multiple phone numbers that require transferring.

Either it be a toll-free number or a local number, we have your covered.

How Will You Greet My Customers?

All of our Virtual Receptionists will follow the protocol you set in your custom scripts. Whether you want them to answer calls with a specific name or a generic greeting, we can instruct them to do so.

How Are You Virtual Receptionists Trained On My Business?

During your onboarding process, we thoroughly understand your business and transfer them to your call script. Our Virtual Receptionists are then trained using your instructions, call scripts, website and your FAQ’s
